Dr. Payson Flattery is Bend’s only board-certified naturopathic physician focusing on Regenerative Medicine in the treatment and healing of orthopedic injury, traumatic brain injury, and degenerative disease. Dr. Flattery founded the Center for Integrated Medicine on the philosophy of whole healing and he introduced IV Therapies and Regenerative Medicine to the region in 2002 because he was enthused with the research that showed strong, positive outcomes for patients.
Dr. Flattery is a naturopathic physician with an interest in healing orthopedic injury, and he’s known as the region’s expert in Regenerative Medicine. He incorporates diagnostic ultrasound with injection therapies to pinpoint hot spots of injury and tissue degeneration. This modality allows him to visually assess specific injured areas (i.e. rotator cuff tears, knee injury) and guide injections for better treatment outcomes.
Dr. Flattery has supported thousands of patients and in recent years has introduced advanced healing therapies for traumatic brain injury and degenerative brain conditions, as research has shown positive outcomes.
The practice provides state of the art treatments such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP), Adult Stem Cell Therapy, IV Therapies and Bio-Oxidative Therapy.
