I first experienced the benefits of acupuncture when I injured my ankle running. The acupuncture treatments speeded my recovery and ultimately inspired me to pursue this as a career.  As a result, I believe strongly in acupuncture’s ability to stimulate the body’s natural healing process and accelerate recovery.

I have faith in the effectiveness of both Western and Eastern medicine.  I believe these two methods of treatment compliment each other and can be integrated in a way where the benefits of each help to create a balance in healing and support whole body wellness.  I am happy to be a part of the Center for Integrated Medicine and to have the opportunity of working closely with a variety of health care providers to ensure the most complete care.

Our love for the outdoors is what brought my husband Ryan, our son Owen and our purebred mutt, Rylee to Central Oregon.
