Low-level Laser

The Center for Integrative Medicine uses low-level laser therapy to encourage healing. Using a “cold” (low-intensity) laser, low-level laser therapy stimulates cells to perform their healing functions. Dr. Flattery has used low-level laser to reduce inflammation and to treat chronic pain, tendonitis, arthritis, sprains and strains, and many other conditions.

If you’re a competitive athlete, low-level laser therapy can aid in healing from injury and even reduce recovery time after endurance workouts or events. But even if you’re not an athlete and simply want to be free of pain, low-level laser therapy can help you achieve that goal.

Low-level laser therapy is painless and FDA-approved for the treatment of many conditions.
